The Tai Johnson Group partners with leaders navigating growth, transition, and increasing complexity.
Many of the leaders we work with were recognized and invested in early - through formal development programs, accelerated roles, and high-potential tracks. They are now expected to sustain that trajectory as expectations rise, roles become more complex, and for many, parenthood enters the picture.
At the same time, the structured support that once guided them has faded. This is the moment when working harder stops working.
Our work is grounded in both experience and expertise. We combine neuro-science informed coaching with over a decade of executive leadership experience inside a multi-trillion dollar organization. We’ve also lived this path - navigating the transition from formal development programs into senior leadership while balancing the realities of parenthood.
We understand what it means to be accelerated early, what changes when structure disappears, and what’s required to sustain your trajectory when both career and life demand more.
